representative's for the Return of product
at 1-877-229-9993.
When returning product, please know that every item must be returned in their
original condition, and packaging, within 30 days from receipt of
merchandise. Packages will be refused if returned C.O.D., or without
Return Authorization Number.
Hygiene products which relate to personal hygiene and self care are
non-returnable. Hygiene products include, but are not limited to toilet
products, sexual health products, bathroom products and other sanitary
products.
Active And Able guarantees all its products from defects and will pick-up,
as well as replace defective merchandise within a given warranty period.
Customers with orders shipping to Canada will automatically be called with
freight charges and must be prepaid.
