I bought this lamp for my sister who has severe glaucoma and is down to 20% site in one eye, and no sight in the other. She has ALWAYS loved to hand quilt and found it harder & harder. This lamp goes ANYWHERE and she loves it! Now she can see more clearly with it and can sit in any room of the house or on the porch to quilt. I'm so happy I've found Active & Able and they carry such wonderful aids for the visually impaired! Highly recommend for anyone with glaucoma, whether it's for sewing, reading, etc!
