The Telemergency 700 may be the only way you can notify those who need to know that you need help. With the press of a button on its included wireless remote pendant you can summon help with up to three messages (for example fire, medical or police). When activated the Model 700 will silently call 911 and up to 5 additional phone numbers that you program.
The person who answers the phone can then control the Telemergency's speaker phone to either listen to sounds in the room where the Telemergency is located or speak through the unit to give instructions or say that help is on the way.
During a power outage the Model 700's battery back-up (9v not included) will keep it working for you and the remote pendant comes with a battery that should last up to two years.

This didn't work after I set it up. I couldn't get phone help from the company. I finally through it away and pay a monthly fee for emergency alert buttons for my 2 elderly parents.
